What are the Prices? Pricing depends on the type of service, location, flight time, editing requirements, and the complexity of the project. Every job is different, so we provide tailored quotes to make sure you only pay for what you need. Get in touch and we’ll provide a competitive quote—tailored to deliver real value
Where are you based? We’re based in Lincoln and operate across the UK. As a mobile business, we don’t have a fixed office—we’re usually out on-site or editing remotely. If you’re based in Lincolnshire, even better… it means lower costs for you.
How does it work? We keep the process simple and fully managed from start to finish. Initial enquiry – Tell us what you need and we’ll scope the project. Planning & risk assessment – We assess the site, airspace, and safety requirements to ensure everything is compliant and risk-free. Scheduling – We agree a suitable date and time, factoring in site access and optimal lighting conditions. Weather check – Flights are planned around weather conditions to ensure safe operation and the best possible results. On-site flight – Professional drone operation with minimal disruption. Delivery – Edited footage, imagery, or data delivered in a format ready for use.
Can you provide raw footage so I can edit it myself? Yes — we can provide raw footage. We can organise it into clear, usable segments for easy integration into your content, or deliver everything in its original format if you prefer.
Are you licensed and insured? Yes — Airmetrix is fully licensed and insured. We operate in line with CAA regulations and hold the required qualifications (including A2 CofC) to carry out commercial drone work safely and legally. Our insurance covers both public liability and professional operations, giving you complete peace of mind.
Where can you operate? We operate across a wide range of environments, from construction sites and commercial premises to residential and built-up areas. Every flight is carefully planned in accordance with CAA regulations, including airspace checks and risk assessments. Where required, we manage permissions and approvals on your behalf.
What happens if the weather is bad? No one likes bad weather — especially drones. If weather conditions aren’t suitable for safe or high-quality flying, we’ll simply reschedule the shoot at no extra cost. We always monitor conditions in advance to ensure the best possible results and will keep you informed throughout.
